With our standard delivery service, orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders must be placed by 1pm EST or they will be processed the next business day. Don’t Let It Melt! - Warm Weather Shipping Policies
Jakes Candy chocolate requires special handling during the months of September through April, or any time of the year when the weather is warm where your order is being shipped. To assure that your chocolate gifts arrive without melting, chocolate shipments during these months may require overnight delivery shipping charges.
This warm weather shipping policy may also be necessary for chocolate shipments during other times of the year when the weather is warm at the order destination point. In this case, Overnight delivery charges may apply and will be added to your order.
A representative will contact you should your shipping rate change before applying it to your order and credit card.
PO & GPO Boxes
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO or GPO Boxes. In order to make sure your order is fresh and in its best possible condition, we recommend that you provide us with a physical street address where your order can be sent.
Overnight Delivery
Orders are shipped the same day if placed by 1pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification, and will ship out overnight to arrive the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday where available.
For International Orders
We presently do not ship overseas but will be in the near future!
