We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If there is a problem with your order we will gladly accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of receipt, with the following exceptions and conditions:

• We cannot return bulk candy/chocolate or custom orders.
• We do recognize that sometimes product gets damaged en route. If this happens, we request that you call us on (07) 4152 2851 immediately.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns/exchanges. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you with a tracking number. Jakes Candy is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

We will return the product purchase amount in the manner in which you paid.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive and process your return or exchange.

Jakes Candy does not store, sell or otherwise transmit your personal information to any third parties.

JakesCandy uses the information you provide to deliver its services to you. This may be through phone calls, emails, letters and/or delivery of goods.

Finacial transactions are processed through the ANZ eGate gateway or PayPal. Your credit card details will not be passed to Jakes Candy at any stage of the transaction.
